Youth Development Officer
Volunteer

Netbal Nederland is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Youth Development Officer to establish and grow youth netball in the Netherlands.
Role Overview
There is currently no formal national youth netball programme, so this is an exciting opportunity to build a programme from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing engaging opportunities for children and young people to discover, learn and enjoy netball, and for helping clubs and other partners deliver youth netball locally.
Expert support and mentorship
You will have access to an experienced youth netball development consultant with extensive experience introducing and developing junior netball in the UAE and integrating netball into international school programmes. You will have the opportunity to work with the consultant to discuss progress, share learnings and challenges, and develop strategies for growing youth netball in the Netherlands. This provides an opportunity to learn from international experience while adapting approaches to the Dutch sporting and education context.
