Team Manager (open division) National Squad

As the Netherlands establishes its first national netball team, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Manager to ensure smooth operations both on and off the court. You will be the key liaison for logistics, communications, and team administration, playing a vital role in the team’s success and experience.
Role Overview
The Team Manager will be required to travel once per month to different cities across the Netherlands for a single full-day training session, typically held on Saturday or Sunday. Additional travel may be required for matches, tournaments, or other team events throughout the season.
Please note: This is currently a volunteer role as we build the foundation of a national Netball team in the Netherlands. The team manager will report to the Head Coach.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange hall bookings in coordination with local club representatives for the monthly training camps.

Organise travel and accommodation for competitions requiring team travel.

Maintain accurate team records, schedules, contact lists, and match documentation.

Act as the main point of contact between players, coaches, federation officials, and other stakeholders.

Support coaches with in-game administration, such as tracking rotations, match timings, and official requirements.

Coordinate venues, equipment, and resources needed for the monthly coaching days in coordinations with the local club representatives

Manage team expenses in collaboration with the federation and provide budget updates as required.

Oversee all match day logistics, including uniforms, paperwork etc.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Great written and verbal communication (English required; Dutch is a bonus).

Previous experience in a sports management or team operations role preferred.

Passionate about contributing to the growth of netball in a new country.

Available to travel in the Netherlands once per month for in person training camps.

Comfortable working remotely and flexibly between in-person sessions
