Role Overview
As a statutory board member, you will play a central role in shaping our success by helping us manage our growth responsibly. Coordinate schedules for board meetings, Bond Council meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM); prepare and distribute formal agendas and supporting documents.

Help review, update, and manage organizational policies and codes of conduct to support a structured environment for all members.
-
Provide support to other Directors on an as-hoc basis, when and where needed.

Proficiency with digital office suites (Google Workspace,) and shared cloud storage management.
-
High level of integrity, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
-
Ability to commit to the full 3-year tenure and a genuine interest in supporting the development of netball from grassroots to the competitive level.

Gain valuable executive board-level experience within a growing national sports governing body.
-
Directly influence the structure, governance, and future sustainability of netball in the Netherlands.
